Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Activities Support Worker to join our team at Newsome Junior School. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the supervision of students on the school site throughout breakfast club and after school club.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise students on school premises to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
  2. Promote positive behaviour and support activities that foster good conduct among students.
  3. Assist in developing personal and social skills among students.
  4. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.
  5. Contribute to the overall success of the school by participating in team meetings and activities.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for supporting students in a school setting. You will also need to undergo rigorous DBS and employment checks.
