Private Client Attorney

Elite Touch Group is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of Private Client work.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct matters on behalf of clients with accuracy, reliability, and adherence to our quality and risk management procedures.
- Generate fee income and ensure proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection in line with agreed targets.
- Take an active part in business development opportunities on behalf of the team and firm.
- Supervise and support fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues to cover absence and holidays.
- Participate in marketing activities on a firm-wide, group, or office basis.
- Attend clients in person and on the telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with our standards for client care.
- Manage filing in both paper and digital formats, including filing, opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files in accordance with our procedures.
- Maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts and referrers, promoting the firm in your professional and personal life.
- Gain and maintain good IT and communication skills, including the ability to use our case management system and other standard applications.
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be an effective communicator with external bodies, visitors, and colleagues by telephone, face-to-face, and in writing. You must be admitted as a solicitor or legal executive or equivalent.
