Job Title: Trainer - Apprenticeships in Hairdressing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team and support our Hairdressing Apprenticeship students' journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onsite salon visits to measure and review apprentices' progress and competency.
  • Deliver up-to-date vocational knowledge and expertise to apprentices in classroom, workshop, and site settings, ensuring they develop the best employability, life, and learning skills.
  • Promote and discuss additional training, qualifications, and courses with employers to be included in apprentices' training plans, enhancing their contribution to the workplace.
  • Utilize industry experience to develop and support apprenticeship students' educational journey.
  • Engage positively with employers to ensure a positive apprenticeship experience for learners.
Working Arrangements:

Working 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, the successful candidate will be based at our Aylesbury Campuses and travel around Buckinghamshire to support apprenticeship students.
