Job Title: Apprenticeship Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our Employer Engagement team as a Temporary Apprenticeship Coordinator. This role will involve coordinating and supporting the End Point Assessment processes and procedures within the college, ensuring compliance and quality in all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs).
  • Administer and coordinate compliance documentation, submitting for approval to senior staff.
  • Maintain and update relevant data and information for EPAOs, ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough data input.
  • Collate and store documentation relating to End Point Assessment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Work with finance teams and administration teams regarding payments to EPAOs, raising purchase orders as required.
  • Maintain tracker documents and calendars, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
  • Check gateway documentation & requirements for compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate training for staff with EPAOs as required.
  • Facilitate the booking of assessments for learners with EPAOs, employers, and college staff.
  • Handle EPA queries, providing support and guidance across all areas of the college.
  • Attend team meetings and training programmes as required.
  • Promote and comply with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C, 9-4 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain.
  • ICT Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Broad range of ICT experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships and End Point Assessment processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
  • Good team player with the ability to manage own workload and pay attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan contingencies, and adapt to changes at short notice.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking skills.
