About the Role:

We are seeking a goal-oriented and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. This exciting entry-level management role offers the opportunity to help manage a brand new location in Doncaster and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
  • Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
  • Provide stellar customer service, resolve complaints and address concerns
  • Supervise and train employees, organise rotas, and delegate tasks
  • Motivate staff, give praise when things go well, and help them improve in areas they need to
  • Assume responsibility in the Store Manager's absence, develop and grow the store, and achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Maintain excellent site standards, keep the site safe and healthy for staff and customers, and promote the store in the local community
