Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to our clients. This will involve coordinating daily site activities, managing the supply chain, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily site activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including JSP 375 and risk assessments.
  • Manage the effective delivery of new works and small projects according to statutory legislation and client requirements.
  • Review and ensure risk assessments and method statements meet acceptable standards.
  • Assist in the development and submission of new work requirements.
  • Monitor and manage supply chain teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources.
  • Record tasks in the CAFM system and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Review site risk registers and notify management of any equipment or system defects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project delivery within facilities management or construction.
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications.
  • Experience managing teams and subcontractors.
  • SMSTS certification is desirable.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to pass SC Clearance.
