• Prepare and cook meals for personnel and guests
• Plan and execute menus to meet dietary requirements and preferences
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• 12 months of experience working as a chef or cook in a hotel, restaurant, hospital, or industrial canteen
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food Preparation and Cooking, or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
