About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist Manager to lead our Paediatric CNS team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people with complex and long-term conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 23 nurse specialists across various specialisms, including Rheumatology, Oncology, Haematology, Respiratory, Dermatology, and more.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
  • Manage and develop the performance of the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality care.
  • Ensure effective contribution to the delivery of the organisation's objectives.
