About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Manager to join our team at Oliver Wyman. As a key member of our HC Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering proactive and business-focused Human Capital advice and services for the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to management and stakeholders on Human Capital-related matters.
  • Develop and implement effective Human Capital policies and procedures to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with the MMC shared service providers to resolve complex payroll and benefits escalations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze findings to inform business decisions.
  • Update and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Support internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with HR leadership on projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Previous Human Resources Generalist experience is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Team management experience is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Workday is desirable.
