Job Description

Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst Placement

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Service Desk Analyst Placement. As a member of our Support Functions team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our colleagues across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues across the organization, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
  • Infrastructure Systems: Support and maintain our infrastructure systems, including hardware and software upgrades and deployments.
  • Global End User Services: Work as part of our Global End User Services team to provide technical support and assistance to colleagues across the organization.
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver projects related to IT infrastructure and support.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain internal IT communication tools and create IT-related content to enhance the end-user learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and component hot-swapping IT hardware, supporting Microsoft Windows OS (Win10/Win11) and Apple iOS, and collaborating with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Soft Skills: Strong focus on customer service/satisfaction and excellent communication skills.
