Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in the Midlands region. As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will assist in the delivery of various schemes and projects, while progressing with on-the-job learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project cost control procedures, including re-measurement of works and variations.
  • Evaluate interim and final accounts.
  • Conduct inventories of stocks and materials.
  • Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors and managing quantity surveyors to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of A-level standard or equivalent education.
  • Experience and interest in the construction industry.
  • Willingness to work towards an apprenticeship degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a professional manner.
