Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Recardo Group Limited. As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our Contracts Manager and will have the opportunity to progress to Contracts Manager and run your own projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Contracts Manager in day-to-day operations, including attending briefing meetings with customers and architects to scope projects.
  • Produce tender quotes for approval and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure projects are on programme and quality checked.
  • Organize site setup and record variations and produce final accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Started a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • A full clean driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
