About the Company:
A reputable groundworks contractor specializing in residential projects is seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This organization has experienced significant growth over the past year and is currently engaged in projects valued between £1 million and £30 million.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the commercial management of various sites, ensuring the successful delivery of Quantity Surveying services. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within a dynamic and busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform all traditional duties associated with a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
2. Manage commercial aspects of multiple sites.
3. Conduct measurement, valuation, variations, negotiation, and relationship building, including final accounts.
4. Mentor and manage Junior Quantity Surveyors.
5. Work independently and take responsibility for the successful delivery of Quantity Surveying services on all live projects.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the residential groundworks sector.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Valid UK Driving Licence.
4. Ability to commute to various sites in the Birmingham area.
