Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide support to children with SEN, working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain experience in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to children with SEN, helping them to reach their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that children with SEN are fully included in the learning process
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive school community
Requirements:
  • DBS clearance (can be obtained through Prospero Teaching)
  • Safeguarding certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality support to children with SEN
