We are looking for empathetic and committed individuals to join Mencap as Support Workers in our dedicated team.In the role of Support Worker, you will have the chance to significantly impact the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your work will involve engaging with a diverse range of people, each with their own distinct abilities and requirements.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks and providing emotional support, making you an essential part of their lives.

Employment Options:
- Part-time: adaptable hours based on your availability.
Shift Information:
Our services operate 24/7. We prepare the schedules at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social commitments. Shifts will be allocated across mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and sleep-in duties.
*All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check and appropriate references.
