Job Title: Children's Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, and seizure management.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Support children with stoma care and other complex medical needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in paediatrics or a similar field is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of child development and behaviour.
