Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our well-regarded team. This role is based in our Poole office, known for its strong standing in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure exceptional service for our candidates and clients.
- Assist with weekly payroll administration for our branches, verifying hours and costs with clients while addressing any inquiries or issues.
- Contribute to various office, administrative, and marketing tasks as needed for our operations.
Compensation: The salary range is approximately £24,000 to £28,000 pro rata, depending on experience, along with a team bonus and rewards.

Qualifications:
