Job Title: BI Analyst

As a key member of the FP&A team at Stonegate Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing reporting solutions that drive business strategy. If you excel at turning complex data into actionable insights and have a passion for working with numbers, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop performance indicators and metrics to measure business performance across multiple areas of the Group.
  • Create and compile analysis information into reports, dashboards, and visualizations for distribution to management.
  • Communicate and educate stakeholders on the company's financial status, performance, and plans.
  • Provide in-depth commentary on the organization's performance in relation to objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to turn business requirements into reporting pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and Power Query.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of SQL, with experience of Snowflake being beneficial.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on formatting and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to think critically and turn stakeholder requirements into actionable reports.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and best practices.
