AS A BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST, YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE...
Delivering data-driven insights and analytical solutions to achieve strategic business objectives focused on enhancing customer value and operational efficiency. This role will specifically support the Sales and Customer Service divisions by working with customer-centric data and associated systems.

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL CONSIST OF...
  • Collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to comprehend requirements related to data and analytical projects aimed at achieving business goals
  • Assisting Sales and Customer Service teams in addressing customer needs through calls and meetings as necessary
  • Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining reports and dashboards that align with business requirements
  • Utilizing data pipelines across various technologies to extract, load, combine, and transform data from diverse internal and external sources
  • Adhering to data governance protocols that support data and analytical solutions, ensuring security, data quality, classification, reliability, and reusability
  • Engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders through various forums, including cross-functional teams, data and analytics practice groups, and the data and analytics platform team
A LITTLE ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis and generating insights for colleagues and customers
  • Proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and other relevant analytical tools and platforms
  • Experience in creating dashboards and analytical solutions for clients
  • Skills in ingesting data from various external sources
  • Familiarity with large and complex datasets
  • Strong initiative and ability to continuously identify and pursue improvement opportunities
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork
  • High motivation, energy, and determination to succeed
