Job Title: Housing and Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housing and Support Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Crawley Foyer service, providing supported accommodation for young people aged 16-25 at risk of homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to provide a high-quality, safe, welcoming, and secure supported housing accommodation for young people at risk.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with partner organizations to add value to the core service.
  • Be a member of the 'on-call' rota to provide out-of-hours management support to projects in the wider locality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of leading supported housing services, with a sound knowledge of safeguarding in a supported housing environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and dealing with competing priorities.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
