Role Overview: Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a focus on profit maximization and cash flow management.
  • Support the management of commercial packages related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Oversee various commercial functions, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and management of subcontractor packages up to final account settlement.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and verification of labor, materials, and equipment to minimize risks and enhance value.
  • Possess broad experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors, particularly in commercial roles with leading contracting firms.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven expertise in managing MEP packages effectively.
  • Comprehensive experience from pre-contract to post-contract phases.
  • Background in large-scale projects or construction management.
  • Ability to analyze internal and external data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field is essential.
