Position Overview

We invite you to become a part of our Securitas team as a Security Operations Coordinator. This role is designed for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and excel in administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Supportive Functions: Deliver on-site assistance with non-licensable responsibilities, addressing inquiries and challenges to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adaptability: Exhibit flexibility in your working hours and location, diligently following directives from management and clients while proactively assisting with administrative duties to meet deadlines.
  • Administrative Precision: Prepare accurate and detailed reports, forms, spreadsheets, and other essential documentation, ensuring all administrative responsibilities are executed efficiently.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene, demonstrating a courteous approach to support team members, clients, and the public, thereby upholding a professional image.
  • Innovative Thinking: Showcase creativity when required, completing tasks assigned by management and contributing to ongoing improvements in service delivery.
Essential Qualifications
  • Applicants must possess a clear 5-year checkable history along with valid right to work in the UK.
  • Proximity to the workplace is essential.
  • Only UK national citizens will be considered for DV clearance.
  • Prior administrative experience is mandatory.
