Job Title: Apprentice Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice Property Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing and letting our residential portfolio, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our residential portfolio, ensuring high standards of presentation and compliance.
  • Conduct viewings, administer tenancies, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Manage maintenance issues and work with the team to ensure timely and compliant resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing presence for new listings and opportunities, utilizing traditional portals and social media.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
