About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts as the travel industry continues to evolve. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives and target audience.
  • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of our content and channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, and social media assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the media industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
