The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Manager. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontline staff and ensuring the smooth running of all deliveries. Your primary objective will be to provide excellent service to our customers, while also driving performance improvement and promoting a positive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of frontline staff to work efficiently and provide excellent service at the doorstep.
  • Partner with Trade Union to ensure effective people management, resource planning, and specialist project activity.
  • Coach and develop your team to drive performance improvement and deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all items, and maintain the trust of our customers.
