Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer and Trade Supervisor to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other store managers and colleagues to achieve business objectives.
