As the L&D Administrator, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding learning and development services to the workforce.
Working in close collaboration with the Head of Academy and various stakeholders, you will be essential in refining the training and development processes throughout the organization.
Compensation:
Up to £27,000
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model available after initial probation period

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is current, user-friendly, and aligned with training objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and content developers to create engaging online training resources that promote ongoing learning and development.
- Provide technical support to employees and managers, assisting them in navigating the LMS and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Analyze LMS usage data and performance metrics to assess the impact of training programs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, managing learning content and data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating learning management systems, ideally with knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing LMS challenges effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for managing content, schedules, and user accounts.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective support and training for users across the organization.
