About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Director to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our delivery team, responsible for executing multiple support programs that align with our objectives and the needs of NHS organisations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful implementation of the National Quality Coach Development Programme
  • Develop and lead the new Systems Quality Improvement Practitioner programme, working with stakeholders from across the country
  • Design and evolve Quality Improvement training and development functions, working with other national bodies and educational institutions
  • Provide leadership across various NHS Elect initiatives, including managing complex stakeholder relationships and designing bespoke training materials
  • Translate complex concepts into actionable plans for diverse audiences, often navigating resistance to drive engagement and co-creation
Requirements
  • Ability to lead, engage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams from bands 2-7 in training
  • Experience of line management of front line staff in the NHS from bands 2-7
  • Experience of designing and delivering adult learning workshops
  • Extensive experience of using virtual platforms Teams, Zoom, for delivery and facilitation of workshops and meetings online
