About the Ad Ops Campaign Executive / Manager Role

This role is responsible for leading the ad operations and campaign management within the programmatic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, delivering, and optimizing campaigns sold by the Gadsme direct sales team. Reporting into the Head of Programmatic, the Ad Ops Campaign Executive / Manager will also assist in programmatic operations, driving revenue through the open marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital advertising, ad operations, or media buying, with experience in ad trafficking, campaign management, and optimization. Familiarity with ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic platforms is essential, as is a strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and other coding languages for troubleshooting. Strong analytics skills, with the ability to use reporting and data to problem solve and optimize campaigns, are also crucial.

The successful candidate will be a driven and autonomous individual, able to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients via email and meetings, are also essential. What You'll Get in Return

Gadsme offers a competitive salary in the range of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience and level. As a fully remote setup, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the option for ad hoc in-person meetings with your line manager.
