About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Operations Specialist to join our team at WeAreAspire Ltd. As a key member of our specialist team, you will be responsible for the activation and ongoing maintenance of key client campaigns across display, video, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and execute campaign activations for multiple key clients, ensuring seamless integration with our creative suite and ad server data points.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure quality assurance standards are met, and campaign deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with our Ad Operations team in partner media agencies, communicating clearly on campaign deliverables and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Work closely with our Strategy team to implement client-approved strategic initiatives and KPIs, ensuring exact execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with our analytics team to ensure ad serving set-ups meet client reporting needs, providing accurate and actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital operations, with a focus on campaign management, programmatic activation, and trafficking.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in spreadsheets, pivot tables, and key formulas.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical approach to work and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, with clear and effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ad server set-ups, including Doubleclick, Sizmek, and Flashtalking, as well as knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and troubleshoot issues.
