Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our dedicated HR team. As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders to shape, develop, and deliver people-focused plans and solutions that support our overall business strategy and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and priorities
  • Lead capability-specific strategic HR priorities, ensuring fit-for-purpose processes are delivered
  • Support the global commitment to performance management, advising managers on best practice
  • Facilitate talent management processes, including job role profiles, promotion processes, and competency frameworks
  • Identify and implement learning plans, retention strategies, and other HR initiatives
  • Work closely with HR global practice leaders, capability presidents, and leadership teams to develop business-specific strategy and best practice processes
  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders and senior management teams
  • Participate in developing HR team goals, objectives, and systems
  • Manage employee relations cases, including organizational changes and employee conflicts
  • Analyze people data, report on trends, and determine solutions
  • Own HRIS information, ensuring accuracy and currency
  • Maintain expertise in compliance with employment and benefits laws and regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
  • Experience in a consulting firm or environment is preferred
  • CIPD certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proven experience in translating business strategy into HR goals and actions
