About the Job

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will receive and coordinate customer project requirements, managing the project's progression from concept and sample approval through to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all questions and queries from customers and Account Managers, collating information, and solving problems and issues.
  • Supporting existing and new business customers' accounts and providing cover during holiday periods within the team.

About You

The successful Customer Service Coordinator will provide exceptional levels of service, having the ability to work in a demanding customer-facing role, delivering against deadlines and priorities. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
