About the Role:
Extension Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Project Coordinator and Administrative Specialist to join their esteemed Project Management team. As a key player in this role, you'll be at the forefront of new business initiatives and intercompany trading support, while also providing crucial account and administrative assistance to major customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all questions and queries from customers and Account Managers, collate information, and solve problems and issues.
- Support existing and new business customers' accounts and provide cover during holiday periods within the team.
- Coordinate customer project requirements, managing the project's progression from concept and sample approval through to delivery.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Exceptional levels of service, with the ability to work in a demanding customer-facing role, delivering against deadlines and priorities.
