Job Summary
The HSEQ Coordinator will be responsible for providing guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to all branches. This role involves regular input and upkeep of various spreadsheets, assisting with the management and review of the HSEQ Management system, and liaising with external support bodies as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HSEQ guidance to all branches as required
- Regular input and upkeep of various spreadsheets
- Assist with the Management and review of the HSEQ Management system in line with ISO programs
- Liaising with external support bodies as required
- Identifying training needs to further support the business
- Monthly HSEQ communication, and where identified, create and issue additional communications, safety alert, safety message etc.
- Provide HSEQ topics for branch daily briefings
- As required, site visits and conducting Branch Visit Reports
- Support the HSEQ Manager & Regional HSEQ manager with preparation for Regional/National Operations Meetings, RD meetings and annual branch audits
- Supporting the wider HSEQ team with department projects
- Ensure you are familiar with health and safety rules and regulations, and that your responsibilities as an employee, in respect of health and safety, are carried out in full
- Any other duty reasonably requested by management
