About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinical and support services, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive administrative service to our clinical and support services, including preparing reports, letters, and other documents.
- Manage emails, incoming queries, and other administrative tasks, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Work closely with our team to implement and improve administration and office processes, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our services, ensuring that our administrative support is informed and effective.

Requirements
- Recent secretarial/administrative experience and typing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a busy environment with competing demands.
