The Role: Sales Ledger Clerk - Part Time

We are seeking a part-time Sales Ledger Clerk to join our Credit Control department. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts within the sales ledger system.
  • Resolve invoice disputes efficiently and effectively.
  • Chase overdue debts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reconcile larger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external sales staff.
  • Allocate cash receipts daily, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all relevant documents.
  • Process cash receipts accurately and promptly.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in credit control or sales ledger is preferred, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
  • Knowledge of AS400 systems is beneficial.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Reliable, conscientious, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
