Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sea Import Coordinator to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As a key member of our import operations team, you will be responsible for handling sea import operations from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage sea import operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Arrange customer bookings and process customs clearance entries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and other stakeholders.
  • Manage invoicing and cost accruals, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sea import operations and/or customs clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
