- Monitoring progress through MI reporting and dealing with errors, omissions, and complaints within specified timeframes.
- Identifying opportunities for additional revenue and calculating associated costs for extra work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to analyse and enhance processes.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., PMI) would be helpful.
This is a full-time role based in Chichester, with the possibility of hybrid working. If you have a solid grasp of member calculation processes, various pension schemes, and are skilled in performing complex UK pension calculations, we want to hear from you.
