Financial Administrator

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Financial Administrator & Executive Assistant to join a prominent business in Harrogate. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and presents a unique chance to be part of a company with ambitious growth objectives. As they expand their operations internationally, you will play a vital role in their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions and processes.
- Handle payroll administration and processing tasks.
- Maintain and manage the general ledger.
- Complete VAT-related processes efficiently.
- Manage financial and invoicing information using both Sage and Xero platforms.
- Assist with various administrative tasks across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the Director on essential business administration tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and manage schedules effectively.
- Act as a liaison for clients and suppliers regarding financial and general inquiries.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with Sage or Xero is preferred, ideally both.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
