We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Travail Employment Group. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support to our school and trust office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and upload invoices into Xero accounting software
- Complete reconciliations and prepare BACs runs
- Assist in monthly management accounts and financial year-end procedures
- Perform filing, stationery ordering, and general office administrative duties
- Answer telephone calls from parents, carers, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Previous finance/accounts experience
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Xero accounting software
- Excellent customer service skills
