  • Process and upload invoices into Xero accounting software
  • Complete reconciliations and prepare BACs runs
  • Assist in monthly management accounts and financial year-end procedures
  • Perform filing, stationery ordering, and general office administrative duties
  • Answer telephone calls from parents, carers, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous finance/accounts experience
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Xero accounting software
  • Excellent customer service skills
