Role Overview

The Graduate Project is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in implementing strategies to broaden and expand our portfolio of funders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value partners and stakeholders to secure funding and support for our organization.
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and plans.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with donors and stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and engagement.
  • Develop and submit comprehensive funding proposals and budget plans to potential funders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to donors and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fundraising and partnerships management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of securing grants and funding in excess of £100,000.
  • Experience in grant management and fundraising strategy development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve fundraising goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience in using CRM software and other fundraising tools.
