Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at a Private Members Club in Christchurch. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the hospitality team and ensuring that events, private bookings, and regular service run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hospitality team to deliver a friendly service to members
- Manage the day-to-day functions of the business, including stock checks, shift management, and customer service
- Use previous hospitality management experience to make informed decisions and drive business growth
What We Offer
- Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 30 hour working week
- Work life balance with part time hours
