About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Worker to join our team at Pevensey Day Unit, which provides treatments to Haematology and Oncology patients as day cases.

The day area has 18 chair/bed spaces, predominantly caring for patients receiving Haematology and Oncology treatments, and is currently open from Monday to Friday.

The Unit uses the Chemocare electronic prescribing system and has implemented an electronic diary system for booking patient appointments.

The Unit is open from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, and you will predominantly work 9am to 5pm/8am to 4pm.

As a member of our team, you will have access to a wide range of staff benefits, including staff development, enrolment in the NHS pension scheme, auto-enrolment to our Temporary Workforce Service, access to nurseries at Conquest Hospital and Eastbourne District General Hospital, staff restaurants, and on-site staff accommodation.

In addition to an internal Occupational Health department, all staff have access to free psychological support through our confidential Employee Assistance Programme, available 24/7.

Onsite parking is available for a small administration fee.
