Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our multi-professional team in the Inpatient Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for observing patients, providing care in accordance with management plans, and working under the supervision of a Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Observing patients and providing care in accordance with management plans
  • Working collaboratively with the multi-professional team to deliver exceptional care
  • Providing support to patients and their families in a compassionate and professional manner

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards
  • Recent experience in a healthcare setting in general/community nursing
  • Ability to demonstrate good communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good record-keeping skills
