About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ranworth House in Eastbourne. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Support individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Use excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with individuals and their families
  • Deal with challenging behaviours in a positive and professional manner
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
