About the Role

The Entrepreneurship Ventures Manager will be responsible for driving the creation, development, and growth of UCL graduate startups. This role will focus on managing UCL's Hatchery Incubator programme, overseeing a team that delivers ongoing support to startups, and building a thriving entrepreneurial community at UCL Eastman Dental Institute.

About You

We are seeking a leader who can bring fresh insight and strategic thinking to our Hatchery Incubation programme. You will be responsible for implementing robust evaluation processes to regularly review and refine the programme, building relationships with alumni startups to foster a culture of giving back, and collaborating with the Entrepreneurship leadership team to build pipelines between early-stage programmes and the Hatchery Incubator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and success of UCL graduate startups
  • Manage the Hatchery Incubator programme, including team leadership and programme evaluation
  • Build relationships with alumni startups to promote a culture of giving back and support
  • Collaborate with the Entrepreneurship leadership team to build pipelines between early-stage programmes and the Hatchery Incubator
  • Implement robust evaluation processes to regularly review and refine the programme
