About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Prosecution Team as a Prosecution Team Clerk - Road Safety Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the prosecution process and contributing to the improvement of road safety in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Prosecution Team, including maintaining accurate records and preparing documents for court proceedings.
  • Research and provide information/statistics to stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and government organizations.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations related to road safety.
  • Liaise with various agencies, including HMCTS and CPS, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Initiate prosecution procedures and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to bring cases to court.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Education to QCF Level or significant work experience deemed comparable.
  • Experience working in a busy administrative environment and undertaking complex tasks.
