Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Prosecution Team, including maintaining accurate records and preparing documents for court proceedings.
- Research and provide information/statistics to stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and court officials.
- Develop a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and procedures related to traffic prosecutions.
- Liaise with various agencies, including HMCTS and CPS, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Initiate prosecution procedures and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to bring offenders to justice.
