We are seeking an experienced and skilled clerk to join our Prosecution Team, who will support and enhance our efforts in road safety.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working to improve road safety in our community.
As a key member of the Prosecution Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, creating and maintaining records, and researching and providing information to stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the team
- Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records
- Undertaking research to provide information and statistics to stakeholders
- Developing a thorough understanding of relevant legislation
- Liaising with various agencies, including HMCTS and CPS
- Initiating prosecution procedures
What We Offer

Location and Hours
The role is based at Mottisfont Court, Winchester, with the possibility of working from home subject to business requirements once fully trained.
The working hours are 37 hours per week, with two full-time posts available.
Contract
This is a permanent contract, offering job security and stability.
Salary
The starting salary is £24,921 per annum, with opportunities for progression.
