Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Prosecution Team as a Traffic Prosecutions Team Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the prosecution of traffic-related offenses and contributing to the improvement of road safety in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Prosecution Team, including maintaining accurate records and preparing documents for court proceedings.
  • Research and provide information/statistics to stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and court officials.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and procedures related to traffic prosecutions.
  • Liaise with various agencies, including HMCTS, CPS, and other external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Initiate prosecution procedures and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to bring offenders to justice.
